A free shaped loaf with the real flavour of Italy. Made from an authentic recipe this loaf combines a perfect blend of ingredients with traditional baking. Cocodrillo / Lacci: Using the same traditional methods of bread manufacturing as the Fireman, these two products are stick shaped. The Cocodrillo is a full stick, the Lacci a half stick, both look like a typical Italian peasant loaf from last century. Baked on stone plates both products have the texture and taste of authentic continental bread.
