Our breads might be slightly more expensive than common White Bread, but if you take into calculation the higher nutritional value it is worth the money.
Due to our bread being produced according to traditional methods of fermentation, it is not as aerated than solely yeast risen products. This means you are eating bread rather than air, you need less of it to satisfy your hunger, hence a loaf will last you longer therefore becomes more economical and you get better value for your money.
The nutritional values of our breads have been adjusted to reflect the current trend of healthy foods on the Australian market. Where possible salt and fat levels have been lowered, Folate added, Thiamine fortified and preservatives removed. No artificial colours or flavours, only highest quality ingredients are being used in the production of our breads resulting in a healthier better tasting product. |
